How Your Order Is Delivered 🚚📦
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners: DSV, Evri, or Parcelforce/Royal Mail.
In some situations, DSV may use approved sub-contractors to complete the delivery.
If Your Order Is Dispatched From an EU Warehouse
You will first receive a GLS tracking link.
The GLS portal will show when your parcel is transferred to one of our UK delivery partners, who will complete the final delivery.
Tracking & Delivery Updates 📲✉️
As soon as the carrier receives your parcel, you will get a tracking email with all delivery details.
If you have provided a mobile number, you will also receive SMS updates, including notifications when your parcel is out for delivery.
📦 Missed Delivery?
If you’re not home when the driver arrives:
- The driver will leave a note and attempt a second delivery or leave your order in your preferred safe place.
- You may have the option to divert your delivery in the event nobody is at home to accept the delivery.
- If a second delivery attempt has failed, instructions will be given on the next steps.
