Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the delivery carrier. If you’ve provided a mobile number, the carrier will send you text updates as soon as they receive your parcel, including notifications about your expected delivery date and time.
If your order is shipped from one of our EU warehouses, you will first receive a tracking link from GLS. GLS will then hand your parcel over to one of our UK delivery partners listed below.

Received a GLS tracking link? This will show you the status of your delivery and details of the UK delivery partner, who will handle the final stage of your delivery.
Multiple items? They may arrive separately, as can come from different warehouses.
