Once, your order is dispatched you will also receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and link to track the consignment with one of our carriers. DX Freight, Parcelforce and TNT are the carriers used.
Tracking information is available a few days before delivery as this is when the order is entered into the carrier’s network.
If you’ve purchased multiple products, these may be delivered at separate times as not all products are housed within the same warehouse.
Please note, if you receive a DX Freight Tracking Link, you may need to input your postal code into the tracking hyperlink URL, without any spaces as this is not automatically added.

You will be able to locate your Parcelforce tracking number from the GLS tracking email you receive when the order is dispatched. Below is an example of how this will look.
