Once, your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and link to track the consignment with one of our carriers.
Please note, the tracking information is generally available a few days before delivery as this is when the order is entered into the carrier’s network.
If you’ve purchased multiple products, these may be delivered at separate times as not all our products are housed within the same warehouse. Please check your dispatch e-mail for further information.
Please note, if you receive a DX Freight Tracking Link, you may need to input your postal code in to the tracking hyperlink without any spaces as this is not automatically added.
