On some occasions, the VELUX Mounting Brackets (ZOZ 230) required to fix the top blind unit to the window frame are not included in the packaging, specifically when you order a white frame.
Our configurators will always inform you when the ZOZ 230 Mounting Brackets are not included and ask if you’d like these added to your order. Alternatively, you can view and order these if you need extra here.
