On some occasions, the VELUX Mounting Brackets (ZOZ 230) required to fix the top blind unit to the window frame are not included in the packaging.
Our configurators will always inform you when the ZOZ 230 Mounting Brackets are not included and ask if you’d like these added to your order. Alternatively, you can view and order these if you need extra here.
Please note, all VELUX roof blinds come with a three year guarantee with the exception of the VELUX Replacement Blackout Blind that has a two year guarantee. All Itzala branded blinds have a two year guarantee. VELUX Accessories will be under a two year guarantee. If there are certain parts missing from your order that are required to operate any of the products you receive from us, then we will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
