Depending on how much time has passed since the order was placed, you may be able to cancel or return your order. Please reach out to a member of our Customer Service Team who will investigate this for you.
Order Cancellation Request
You may be able to cancel your order with us before it is dispatched. As our warehouse team receive many orders throughout the day, the process to dispatch the order to the warehouse is relatively fast. You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours after you've placed your order, however there is no guarantee this will be successful. You'll have to notify us about your wish to cancel your order by sending an e-mail to customerservices@Itzala.com or by calling us. Please reference your order number, which is written in the order confirmation e-mail you received after buying the item(s).
Once we confirm your cancellation was successful, we'll refund the amount we received from you.
Cancel and Return an Order Within 14 Days
In case you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your products within the allotted time. You'll have to notify us about your wish to cancel and return your order by sending an e-mail to customerservices@Itzala.com or by calling us. It will be noted whether your cancellation request has been received by us within 14 days from delivery of the goods. Please include a copy of your order number which you can find in your order confirmation email from us.
Our team will then advise the next steps to take regarding your return and advise when you are likely to receive your refund. Please note, your refund will credited to the original payment method used at the time of sale. There is no delivery charge for returns.
