If your product(s) break during the warranty period, please conduct the following.
- Capture images or a video highlighting the damage to the product (products). We require evidence of all damage to ensure your claim is managed in the right way.
- Contact us by e-mail at customerservices@itzala.com and include the attached images/video highlighting the damage to the specific product(s).
- Provide us with information about the nature of the fault/damage and include your order confirmation number (it is written in the confirmation e-mail you receive)
This helps us to process your claim as fast as possible.
Once we receive all the necessary information and we accept your claim, our team will notify you of the next steps.
Please hold on to the faulty/damaged item(s) until our team confirm the case has been resolved.
If the warranty period has ended our support team will notify you of the next steps when you email them about the initial fault.
