You don’t need to request your invoice—it will be automatically emailed to the address you provided once your order has been delivered.
If you haven’t received it, simply contact our Customer Support Team at customerservices@itzala.com with your order number, and we’ll send it to you.
During checkout, you can enter a different billing address from the delivery address. The person or company listed in the billing section will be the invoice recipient.
If the invoice is for a company, please include your VAT number during the order process. Please note: invoices cannot be modified once issued.
