The Itzala Venetian blind is easy to install and use, however we have included some FAQ’s from our Customers surrounding the installation of this product. We thought this would be helpful in case you got stuck along the way
1. Q - Is it easy to install?
A - Yes, In the package you will get everything you need for a successful installation. You'll have to use only 4 screws to make the blind work. 2 Screws go to the upper part of the window and 2 screws must be fixed on the lower part of the window
2. Q - What should I do if I’ve ordered the correct product size, but the cord is too short? (Around 5-6 cm)
A - On the upper side of the blind where you can set the length of the cord. If you have the newest window generation, you must release the cord from its position on each side. (Bottom picture)
3. Q - I received new mounting brackets with the blind. Should I remove the original VELUX mounting brackets from my window and install these?
A - It is not necessary to remove them because you’ll be able to push the blind on to the original brackets. The 2 screws will fix the blind in the perfect position.
