This is a step-by-step guide on how to use the website.
You can browse the products by clicking the menus. If you decide on a VELUX product, please always use our main configurator tool. You can find it under „CONFIGURE AND BUY” and then VELUX Blinds.
When you are in the main configurator, please choose your window type and window size.
After that you will be able to select the product category and every other specification of the blind you would like to have. Please always click on the yellow „NEXT” button.
When you configured your product, you should click on „ADD TO BASKET”
You will be redirected to the basket. Here you can modify the quantity of the products and check the delivery lead time.
If you would like to place the order click the „CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT” button.
Please fill out your address details and make sure you accept the Privacy Policy.
On the order summary page you can check the Total Price and your details before paying. Please accept the Terms & Conditions and choose a payment method.
You will be redirected to the payment page where you can give your card details or pay via PayPal.
After you finalize the payment, you will be redirected to our website and you can check your order confirmation and order number. The order confirmation will also be sent by e-mail.
